Good News (1947): Lower Your Expectations, and Be Delighted

June Allyson looking stunning...and Peter Lawford is there also

A pretty fun romp! Definitely a turn-your-brain off college musical, but each number has a lot of charm and every time I see June Allyson I sigh a little...and they put her beside some shmuck! Ugh! I'd treat her right...

8/10. Suitable popcorn fare, apart from one little eye twitching old Hollywood racist number....but other than that.
